How we decide what to make
Most brands design a season ahead and hope. We start from what people are actually buying — across the whole category, not just our own shelves. Which shapes sell through. Which colors get reordered. Which sizes run out first.
Then we make those, and only those. No endless catalog to dig through. No warehouse full of the colors nobody picked. A short list of blanketswe already know work — built well and priced honestly.
Every step between a factory and your door adds cost without adding quality. We removed the ones that were only there for someone else's margin.
